Marlon Murr, ABR®, CCGR, is a Real Estate Advisor at Engel & Völkers Vancouver Island and a Director of the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA), where he contributes to shaping real estate policy and professional standards across the province.
Prior to his real estate career, Marlon spent over a decade specializing in family law, where he also played a key role in law firm management, governance and operations. This extensive legal background cultivated a sharp eye for detail, disciplined contract analysis, and a deep understanding of the complexities that arise during life's most pivotal transitions, from divorce and separation to estate planning and property division. These skills translate directly into his real estate practice, where clients benefit from his ability to navigate complex transactions with precision, discretion, and legal acumen.
Marlon began his real estate career in Vancouver's competitive market, quickly establishing a reputation for strategic negotiation and comprehensive market knowledge. Now focused on Greater Victoria, his cherished hometown, he combines an intimate understanding of the local landscape with a genuine commitment to his community to deliver thoughtful, personalized guidance to buyers and sellers alike.
